Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using TradeStack Passport (the "Service"), operated by MannComm Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The pilot program

The Service is currently offered as a limited invitation-only contractor pilot. Access is granted by TradeStack Passport to a small number of admin-approved pilot contractors. Each approved pilot contractor may create one free named project; the pilot for that contractor concludes when the approved Passport is issued. The pilot does not automatically expire on a fixed calendar schedule, and it does not include a second free project. Additional projects are subject to standard pricing (currently $750 per project). Features may change, and the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the pilot. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any company you register.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the project data, device records, documents, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to upload Your Content and for its accuracy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data belonging to other companies, reverse-engineering the Service, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with its operation or security.

6. Owner handoff records

Issued Passports generate an immutable, read-only record intended for owner handoff. Owner access to an issued Passport is preserved independently of a contractor's billing status.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service does not constitute legal, engineering, or compliance certification. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, previously issued owner Passports remain accessible as described above.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
