1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how MannComm Solutions LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use TradeStack Passport (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

We collect: (a) account information you provide, such as your name, company, and email; (b) project data you enter, including device records, cable records, and documents; and (c) usage information, such as log-in times and feature usage, collected automatically to operate and improve the Service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Service, generate closeout packages and owner handoff records, communicate with you, and improve the product. During the pilot, we may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to evaluate adoption.

4. Owner Portal engagement data

When an owner opens an Owner Portal, scans a Passport QR code, or submits a service request, we may collect and store engagement data about that activity — for example that a portal was opened, that a QR code was scanned, or that a service request was submitted, along with the associated Passport and timestamp. We use this engagement data to operate and secure the Service, for analytics, and to report activity to the contractor responsible for the Passport. This engagement data is not used for advertising profiling or cross-site tracking, and we do not use device fingerprinting for it.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting and email delivery), bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Owner handoff Passports you issue are shared with the owners you designate via a read-only link.

6. Data separation

The Service enforces company-level separation so that each company's project data is isolated from other companies.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Issued owner Passports may be retained to preserve the integrity of the handoff record.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your choices

You may access, update, or request deletion of your account information by contacting us. Some records associated with issued owner Passports may be retained as described above.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
